February 16, 2026 Last week, we had the privilege of celebrating an exceptional leader and our Board chair, Teresa (Terry) Rasmussen, as she was honored by the Minneapolis/St. Paul Business Journal (MSPBJ) as its 2026 Executive of the Year. Terry’s leadership at Thrivent and across our broader business community reflects the very best of what it means to be a servant leader—someone who leads with purpose, elevates others, and stays grounded in values that inspire trust and action.
