Celeste B. Mastin, President and Chief Executive Officer

Celeste Mastin has served as President and Chief Executive Officer since December 2022. She previously held the role of Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer from March to December 2022. Before joining H.B. Fuller, Ms. Mastin served as Chief Executive Officer and a board member at PetroChoice Lubrication Solutions from 2018-2022. Prior to that, she served as CEO at Distribution International, from 2013-2017, and MMI Products, Inc., from 2007-2011, and held executive leadership roles at Ferro Corporation, from 2003-2007. Ms. Mastin has 10 years of experience in the adhesive industry, including seven years at Bostik Adhesives, from 1995-2002. She began her career in 1990 in sales at Shell Chemical Company. Ms. Mastin also serves on the board of directors of Granite Construction, Inc., a publicly traded, global infrastructure and construction materials producer. She earned her MBA from the University of Houston and her bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering from Washington State University.

John Corkrean, Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer

John Corkrean has served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer since 2016. Prior to joining H.B. Fuller, Mr. Corkrean held various finance leadership roles spanning a 17-year career at Ecolab Inc., including Senior Vice President, Finance – Global Energy Services, Senior Vice President and Corporate Controller, Vice President and Treasurer, Vice President – Distributor Sales, Vice President and Controller – Ecolab Professional Products, and Director, Corporate Finance. Prior to Ecolab, he served as Manager, Corporate Treasury at Kellogg Company, from 1997-1999, and in various finance positions at Amoco Corporation from 1989-1997. He currently serves on the boards of Clearwater Paper Corporation and the Science Museum of Minnesota. Mr. Corkrean earned his undergraduate degree in business administration from the University of Iowa and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.

Zhiwei Cai, Executive Vice President, Engineering Adhesives

Zhiwei Cai has served as Executive Vice President, Engineering Adhesives, since 2019. He has led our Engineering Adhesives business since its inception in 2016. Previously, he served as Vice President, TONSAN and Electronics, from 2014-2016, and Director, Electronics Materials, from 2012-2014. Prior to joining H.B. Fuller, Mr. Cai held various leadership roles in electronics at Henkel Corporation from 2004-2010, served as Vice President, International Business Development at Engent. Inc., from 2003-2004, held several management roles at Siemens from 1993-2003, and held positions in engineering management at China Aviation Technology from 1987-1993. He earned his bachelor’s degree in automation, electricity, and computer theory and his master’s degree in mechanical engineering from Beijing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics.

Jim East, Executive Vice President, Hygiene, Health & Consumable Adhesives

Jim East assumed the role of Executive Vice President, Hygiene, Health and Consumable Adhesives in 2022. Mr. East joined H.B. Fuller in 2016 as part of the Cyberbond acquisition, and has held the roles of Senior Vice President, Hygiene, Health and Consumable Adhesives; Vice President, Engineering Adhesives – Americas; and Global Director, Automotive. Prior to joining H.B. Fuller, Mr. East served as president and CEO of Cyberbond, a company he co-founded, for nearly 20 years. In his earlier career, he served in roles of increasing responsibility at Henkel Corporation and at Three Bond Corporation while living in Japan. Mr. East has an Executive MBA from the University of Pennsylvania, Wharton School of Business, and a bachelor’s degree from Miami University in Ohio.

Boz Malik, Senior Vice President, Global Construction Adhesives

Boz Malik has served as Senior Vice President, Global Construction Adhesives, since joining H.B. Fuller in 2019. Previously, he held various leadership positions largely within the building and construction industry, including Vice President and Business Leader for North America Distribution at Masonite International Corporation from 2018-2019, Senior Vice President of Sales, Marketing and Supply Chain at Continental Building Products from 2014-2018, Vice President of Sales, Commercial and Engineered Products at Owens Corning from 2010-2014, Vice President and General Manager, Timberlake Residential Cabinets and Installation at American Woodmark Corporation from 2007-2010, and General Manager of North America Reinforcements and Director of Marketing Building Insulation and Business Transformation at Johns Manville from 2004-2007. He also held numerous roles of increasing responsibility at GE Consumer and Industrial between 1991-2004. Mr. Malik earned a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from Purdue University.

Heather Campe, Senior Vice President, International Growth

Heather Campe assumed the role of Senior Vice President, International Growth, in December 2021. Over the course of her 13-year career with the company, she also has held the roles of Senior Vice President, Global Hygiene, Health, and Consumable Adhesives, from 2019-2021; Senior Vice President, Americas Adhesives, from 2016-2019; Vice President, Asia Pacific, from 2013-2016; Business Director, Hygiene, from 2010-2012; and Business Director, Converting, from 2009-2010. Prior to joining H.B. Fuller, Ms. Campe held roles of increasing responsibility across her career at National Adhesives (now Henkel Corporation), from 1995-2009. She also serves as the past chair of the board of directors of the Adhesive and Sealant Council, and as a board member for J.M. Huber Corporation, the Bakken Museum and Share My Fortune. Ms. Campe holds an MBA from the University of Cincinnati College of Business and a bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering from Purdue University.

Timothy Keenan, Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary

Timothy Keenan assumed the role of Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary in 2022, after serving as Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary since 2006. Previously, he held the roles of General Counsel and Corporate Secretary from 2005-2006 and Deputy General Counsel and Assistant Corporate Secretary from 2004-2005. Prior to joining H.B. Fuller, he served as Senior Attorney and Assistant Secretary at International Multifoods Corp. from 1991-2004, and as Attorney at Briggs and Morgan P.A. from 1985-1991. Mr. Keenan earned his undergraduate degree in economics from the University of Notre Dame and his juris doctorate from the University of Iowa College of Law.

Nathan Weaver, Senior Vice President, Human Resources & Communications, ESG

Nathan Weaver has served as Senior Vice President of Human Resources and Communications since 2022. He has held numerous roles of increasing responsibility, largely on the commercial side of our organization, since joining the company as a Leadership Development Associate in 2001. These include Vice President, Human Resources and Communications, from 2020-2022; Director, Human Resources, from 2017-2020; Vice President, Global Hygiene Business, from 2013-2017; General Manager, Latin America Adhesives, from 2010-2013; Director, Global and National Accounts, from 2007-2010; Global Product Line Director from 2005-2007; Business Director of the North America Converting Business from 2004-2005; and Sales Manager for the North America Converting Business from 2002-2004. He currently serves on the board of Junior Achievement North. Mr. Weaver earned his undergraduate degree in marketing and business administration from Utah State University and his MBA in corporate finance from the Krannert School of Management at Purdue University.

Traci Jensen, Executive Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer

Traci Jensen has served as Executive Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer since 2022. Over the course of 12 years with the company, she has held various leadership roles, including Vice President, Global Business Improvement, 2020-2022; Senior Vice President, Global Construction Products, from 2016-2019; Senior Vice President, America Adhesives, from 2013-2016; Vice President, Americas Adhesives, from 2011-2013; Vice President, North America Adhesives, from 2010-2011; and President and General Manager, Global Adalis, from 2009-2010. Prior to joining H.B. Fuller, she served in various roles of increasing responsibility at National Starch, now Henkel Corporation, from 1988-2008, including European Business Director, Packaging and Converting Adhesives, from 2006-2008; Human Resources Director, North American Adhesives, from 2005-2006; Western Regional Sales Director from 1999-2004; Marketing Manager for Food and Consumer Packaging from 1994-1999; Sales Representative for Kansas from 1992-1994; and Technical Service from 1988-1992. She currently serves as a member of the Koppers Board of Directors. Ms. Jensen earned a bachelor’s degree in chemistry from Indiana University and an MBA from the University of Kansas.

Robert Martsching, Vice President and Controller

Robert Martsching has served as Vice President and Controller since 2014. Previously, he held the role of Director, ERP Finance, from 2013-2014, Director of Financial Planning and Analysis from 2007-2013, and Group Controller for Global Adhesives from 2004-2007. Prior to joining H.B. Fuller, he served in various finance leadership roles at Tyco Plastics from 2000-2003, Mallinckrodt Inc. from 1996-2000, and Ernst & Young LLP from 1985-1996. Mr. Martsching received a bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of Oklahoma and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.

Heidi Weiler, Vice President, Corporate Financial Strategy

Heidi Weiler has served as Vice President, Corporate Financial Strategy since joining H.B. Fuller in 2017. Previously, she held various finance leadership roles at St. Jude Medical Inc., now Abbott, from 2015-2017, Värde Partners, Inc. from 2011-2015, Lawson Software, Inc. from 2006-2011, and Deloitte & Touche, LLP from 1989-2005. She currently serves on the boards of Voyageur Outward Bound School and Alive & Kickin. Mrs. Weiler earned her undergraduate in business administration from the University of Wisconsin – Eau Claire and her graduate degree in business taxation from the University of Minnesota’s Carlson School of Management.
