Celeste Mastin has served as H.B. Fuller’s President and Chief Executive Officer since December 2022, following her tenure as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer from March to December 2022. She brings 10 years of experience in the adhesives industry and 35 years of experience in manufacturing and distribution with a successful track record of guiding companies’ growth through innovation, service improvement, global expansion, and acquisition.

Under Ms. Mastin’s leadership, H.B. Fuller has continued shifting its portfolio toward faster-growing and higher margin specialty adhesives market segments, making acquisitions that target unique technologies and market positions. She has also driven digital transformation to manage complexity and improve the customer experience, and led a manufacturing footprint consolidation to generate $75 million in annual cost savings and support long-term margin expansion.

Before joining H.B. Fuller, Ms. Mastin served as CEO and Board member at PetroChoice Lubrication Solutions, the largest distributor of petroleum lubrication solutions in the United States, from 2018 to 2022. She also previously served as CEO of Distribution International from 2013 to 2017, where she doubled the size of the business by completing 13 acquisitions across 84 branches in the U.S. and Canada, transforming the company to be larger than the next three largest industry competitors combined and expanding its footprint coast-to-coast. She completed a successful sale of the company in 2021. Before that, she served as CEO of MMI Products Inc. from 2007 to 2011, a $750 million building materials company with 79 locations, 18 manufacturing sites, and 2,500 employees, where she had full P&L responsibility for the domestic business in a turnaround situation. In addition, she held executive leadership roles at Ferro Corporation from 2003 to 2007. Ms. Mastin also spent seven years at Bostik Adhesives, from 1995 to 2002. She began her career in 1990 in sales at Shell Chemical Company (LSE: SHEL).

Ms. Mastin serves on the Board of Directors of the National Association of Manufacturers (NAM) and Granite Construction Inc. (NYSE: GVA), a publicly traded, global infrastructure and construction materials producer. She is also on the University of Minnesota Board of Advisors for the Carlson School of Management, and serves on the Advisory Board for the Gene and Linda Voiland School of Chemical Engineering and Bioengineering at Washington State University. She earned an MBA from the University of Houston and a bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering from Washington State University.
