Ms. Kimmelshue has been a director on the H.B. Fuller Company Board of Directors since 2017 and serves as the Chair of the Compensation Committee and a member of the Audit Committee. She brings a depth of experience in leading successful global businesses, coupled with her extensive experience in operations and supply chain.
In particular, her deep experience managing complex, global businesses and supply chains at scale provide the Board with direct perspective on the operational and sourcing complexity H.B. Fuller navigates across its multinational manufacturing footprint. Ms. Kimmelshue’s career in food and agriculture adds a valuable customer lens, reflecting the priorities of end markets where reliability, consistency, and supply continuity are critical.
Since early 2026, she has served as the Co-Chief Executive Officer of Continental Grain Company (Conti), where she provides strategic guidance on value creation, talent, and portfolio management. Earlier in her career, she spent 13 years with the company holding a variety of leadership positions.
Prior to rejoining Conti, Ms. Kimmelshue spent 25 years in various executive roles at Cargill, a global food and agriculture company with over $160 billion in revenue. Most recently, she served as the Senior Vice President of Animal Nutrition and Health, one of Cargill’s five global enterprises with over $15 billion in revenue and operations spanning 40 countries. In that role, she refined and strengthened the enterprise's strategy to leverage global knowledge and solutions in locally relevant ways. She also restructured the enterprise to increase customer focus and improve operational performance, driving successive years of record results in both return on invested capital and earnings after tax. From 2014 to 2024, Ms. Kimmelshue served as a member of Cargill’s Executive Team, where she built and led Cargill’s global operations and supply chain organization and served as Cargill’s first-ever Chief Sustainability Officer.
Ms. Kimmelshue serves on the boards of Lamb Weston (NYSE:LW) and Wayne-Sanderson Farms. Twin Cities Business honored Ms. Kimmelshue in their ranking for Outstanding Directors of 2024, recognizing her service on H.B. Fuller’s Board and her leadership in governance, compensation oversight, and global business strategy.
Ms. Kimmelshue holds a bachelor’s degree in international relations and a master's degree in agricultural economics from Stanford University.
